We work collaboratively across the Libraries, Dartmouth, and other communities to develop unique digital collections. These collections are important not only because they are unique to the Dartmouth Libraries, but because they are uniquely digital.

Edward Mitchell Collection

Reverend Edward Mitchell (1792–1872) graduated from Dartmouth College in 1828. He is the first person of African descent to graduate from any school now identified as part of the Ivy League.
