Este leads the teams responsible for building technology solutions to achieve the goals of Dartmouth Libraries. She provides technical, managerial, and strategic leadership for technology infrastructure. 

She holds a BA from the University of Connecticut, an MA from Boston College, and an MLIS from Simmons University. She is currently working towards an EdD from Bay Path University.
