Stephanie C. Kerns

In my Associate Dean role, I provide strategic leadership and vision for the Health Sciences and Biomedical Libraries, leading a team of user-focused staff. My research interests are in leadership, organizational change and management, AI and copyright, open access and open science, and evidence based practice (EBP). 

I received a BA in English with a certificate in Women's Studies and a Masters in Library Science, both from Indiana University in Bloomington. I have held positions at several institutions including OHSU, Northwestern, University of Southern California, and Georgetown.
