I am an Assistant Professor of Medical Education and the Associate Dean of Health Sciences and Biomedical Libraries. In my Associate Dean role, I lead a team of user-focused and dedicated staff. In my Medical Education role, I am the Longitudinal Curriculum Leader for Evidence Based Medicine and Informatics for the MD program at the Geisel School of Medicine. I teach medical students how think critically about evidence, its application to patient care, and clinical decision making. My interests include leadership, evidence based practice, informatics, and medical education curriculum development and assessment.
I received a BA in English with a certificate in Women's Studies and a Masters in Library Science, both from Indiana University in Bloomington. I have held positions at several institutions including OHSU, Northwestern, and Georgetown.
