Barbara began in Acquisitions Services in 1988. She was promoted to Collections Analysis & Financial Specialist in 2012. Her title was updated to Financial Specialist in 2023.

She is responsible for monitoring all financial activities for collection purchases, including vendor and budget management, overseeing 400 funds, finalizing over 3,100 invoices of over 14,000 invoice lines a year processed in Acquisitions, managing about 350 vendors. She provides statistics for ARL, ACRL, IPEDS, the college Factbook and others as requested.

You may spot Barbara at many of the Upper Valley performing arts centers helping out during performances or selling tickets for Dartmouth athletic events.
