Danada Dinsmore

Danada is responsible for creating and maintaining Import Profiles in Alma, and evaluating and importing vendor-supplied metadata into Alma for both physical and electronic resources. 

She provides data enhancements to bibliographic records which drive the display of digital bookplates in our Discovery system. 

She regularly works with Alma Normalization Rules, Alma Indication Rules, Import Profiles, Alma Sets & Jobs, MarcEdit, Alma Analytics, & Excel.

Danada earned her BS in Childhood Studies from Plymouth State University and her MLIS from the University of Rhode Island before joining the Dartmouth College Library Bibliographic Records Department in August 1999.

In her spare time, Danada is usually found with her nose in a book or engaged with some sort of needlework.
