Igniting Creativity with Analog and Digital Media and Tools

We don't know about you, but we find there's something extra special about listening to a favorite album the old-school way. The sound just hits different!

With newly installed analog listening stations within the Jones Media Center's editing suites, you can enjoy that experience yourself. The two stations are the latest in a long list of creative digital and analog offerings at JMC. Thanks to Helmut Baer, Creative Learning Spaces and Technology Manager at the Libraries, the listening stations include players for vinyl, cassettes, and CDs, along with high-tech headphones (grab them from the info desk!) to truly immerse yourself in the auditory experience.

Whether you need to edit a documentary, borrow a camera, shoot video with a green screen, launch a podcast, or want that comfortable spot to listen to music, Jones Media Center is the place to explore and express your creativity.
