Jennifer holds her Master's in Library Science and Master's in Musicology from the University of Kentucky and her Doctorate in Education, Educational Leadership - Higher Education from Rowan University, which focused on First-Generation students' use of library resources.
Jennifer joined Dartmouth in 2025 as the Head of Acquisitions and Collection Development where she leads a diverse team of individuals. She has presented research in addition to her research on First-Generation student, she has presented on acquisitions and electronic resources issues including Open Access initiatives at the Charleston Conference, Association for Research Libraries (ACRL) conference, Open Education Southern Symposium, OpenCon Philly, and the Digital Library Federation (DLF) Forum.
