Physical Records Storage at the Records Management Center
Records must be stored in a location that is known, secure, and stable for the length of time indicated in the General Retention Schedule. Records Management provides off-site storage for Dartmouth's paper records. Secure offsite storage allows you to reclaim office space and recall inactive records on demand.
RMS Online provides access to a user's catalog of stored records with the ability to:
- Search and Request Records
- Return Checked Out Records
- Request Empty Boxes
- Transfer New Records for Storage
