Stephen Krueger's areas of expertise include open access, open educational resources, the institutional repository, student publishing, Creative Commons, and other elements of the Scholarly Communications, Copyright, and Publishing Program. He manages Dartmouth Digital Commons and the Open Education Initiative and leads workshops on open educational resources. Stephen also serves on the Dartmouth Library Dean's Council for Equity and Inclusion and is one of the facilitators of Dartmouth Library's staff EDI Reading Group.
Stephen holds an MSLS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in English from Warren Wilson College, and is currently working towards an MA in Arctic and Northern Studies from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He is the author of Supporting Trans People in Libraries (Libraries Unlimited, 2019) and co-editor of Trans and Gender Diverse Voices in Libraries (Library Juice Press, forthcoming summer 2022).
